Charge 3 won’t pair or sync with iOS devices

I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

I’m wondering...Apple did the iOS update and our phones are suddenly not syncing with our Fitbit watches. It seems to be more of an iOS issue than Fitbit in my mind. Maybe Apple needs to fix this glitch.

VIOLATION? Thanks for the “friendly” reminder. I will think twice...or more....before going to this community for assistance when Fitbit can’t/won’t help me. I don’t need the threat more than once.

My Fitbit isn’t recognized after iOS update. So many have the same issue. Why hasn’t it been fixed?

I am experiencing the same issues although I did get the “connected” screen for my iPhone twice after rebooting, deleting and reloading app and all of the other instructions I could find on the Fitbit site. Very frustrating. I updated to IOS 13.4.1 yesterday.

I did the same thing and am now unable to get it to pair with my mac, iPad, or iPhone. I have been having syncing issues for a while now but this is ridiculous.

My phone is iPhone so don’t know about android but if Bluetooth ‘ignore’ instructions don’t work contact Fitbit again.

Can’t help. Don’t have mac. Using ‘ignore device’ instruction on Bluetooth helped for iPhone and iPad. Contact Fitbit.

Did make much sense, as you talked about a Mac, but when in my Bluetooth settings and pressed forget this device. And it worked so thank you

Try what seems to help with iPhones. Go to Bluetooth and forget the fitbit , then let it find again. Good luck
