Charge 3 won't receive notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Charge 3 for 4 weeks. I’ve only had 3 days where it’s given me notifications of calls. I’ve done everything suggestion multiple times with no success. Friday I talked to help desk and they were  able to get the notifications working. By Saturday the notifications stopped...again. I now notice every time the iPhone goes “to sleep” the Fitbit doesn’t connect to Bluetooth on its own. I’m extremely frustrated.

It's great to see you here, @duogolfer.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing? and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

No luck! The Fitbit won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. 99% of the time I have to click it on to connect versus it automatically connecting when phone is on. When it is connected and I go to Fitbit app and press notifications it says I need to pair the Fitbit and iPhone...but when I press setup the little circle just goes round and round and nothing happens.

Friday the help desk got it working only to have it stop again Saturday morning. Called again this morning only to be told they were sending my problem to “the engineers”! So still no notifications of texts or phone calls!☹️

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED to say the least!

I was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with this Fitbit so yesterday I took it back to Kolhs where I bought it and exchanged it for another. The new one (once it updated) synced and paired immediately. Calls and texts were received. This morning the first call was received...the second and third were not. Least the new one has stayed connected! And so the frustrations continue.
