My relatively new Charge 3 doesn't appear as a Bluetooth device in my iPhone or Macbook pro. Has been working perfectly until now. I have restarted all devices and cleared data. Can someone help?

Welcome to the Community, @PriyaNJ.
Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I have the same sync issue, both with an Android phone and iPad. Everything will sync fine for awhile. But at least once a day, the Charge will not be found and I have to reboot my phone. I usually find this out because I’ve quit receiving notifications. On the iPad, I have to restart the Charge in order for it to be found again.

My fitbit will not pair any longer to either my Android phone or Windows 10.
Yes it did pair fine yesterday morning.
I have tried every single troubleshoot I can find and still cannot get it to pair.
Further to that all my sleep data on my account when logging in on the web is gone.
I am really angry as it has made my fitbit useless as the time cannot even be updated.

Ive been having this trouble also lately, I got a new charge 3 as the last one had lines all down it and got a free replacement under warranty and this new one works fine for a while then will not connect and I do the same reboot phone reboot the charge 3 multiple ways and even had to go as far as deleting the app from my phone and starting the set up with watch all over again. Glad not only one with this issue. Only info from fitbit so far is the reset of holding button for 8 secs whilst on charge which I do every time it happens and then same thing will happen a week later. I only know its happened when I go to set an alarm and it won't do it.

@AlejandraFitbit I can tell you I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps and my Charge 3 will not maintain a connection with either my phone, computer, or iPad. Most of the time I don’t realize this until I find I’m not getting notifications. For me, this is the primary reason to have the device. I also have an Alta and it always stays connected, so I know the problem lies with the Charge 3. It does show up as a Bluetooth device front my phone. It seems to be lost forever to the iPad and I’ve quit trying to connect it to Windows 10.
