I made the mistake of updating my charge 3 and now I do not get any notifications of calls, texts, or apps. I have restarted my phone, changed the clock face, checked notifications, to no avail. I'm so disappointed not that I am reading alot of people are having same issue and its been months. My next purchase will be the Apple Watch if this does not get fixed immediately.

Have you checked the Charge 3 to see if notifications are turned on. I'm not sure what type of phone, but is the Fitbit app is up to date?

Please check what @Rich_Laue recommended and make sure that your Fitbit app is updated to latest version. If you recently updated to iOS 13, you may have to adjust some settings on your iPhone or iPad. For more information, see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hello,
I actually got my Fit bit receiving calls and text alerts again. I have an Iphone 7 Plus. After hard reboot and still not working, I decided to turn off the Blue Tooth then turn it back on. When I did this, my Fit Bit started to work again. I get all the notifications and it is still working today. That is my suggestion to everyone else who is having these problems.
