Charge 3 won't receive notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my phone set up to notify me from simple alerts like texts and emails. Sometimes it will notify me instantly, other times it will take 30 seconds or so. Often times it won’t ever give me an alert at all.

My phone is always in my pocket, so it’s always in range. No my phone is not on do not disturb and yes I am sure the settings are configured correctly for the alerts to be popping up. But it is very inconsistent for me.

Is this a common problem for the charge 3 or should I seek a replacement?

I have been having the same issue the last week or so.  All of sudden I am not getting any notifications to my Fitbit.  I’ve tried all the suggestions found on this Forum and in FAQ...nothing has worked.

Im a bit disappointed as my Fitbit is less than 2 years old and has stopped working.

I am having the same Issue with my charge 3! I have tryed everything suggested above. The app keeps telling me to restart my phone (Huawei P30 Lite) but no matter how many times I do this, the notifications just don't work at all! It is getting quite frustrating if I'm honest. Any help or suggestions as to what to do??

Thanks

I uninstalled the fitbit app and then reinstalled. After resetting all my
notification preferences it is working fine. Give it a go.
