My charge 3 no longer gives me ‘reminder to move’ notifications. And only a fraction of other notifications come through. The settings are correct and even a hard 15s restart doesn’t fix it.

Hi @CRB99, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't receive notifications or reminder to move notifications. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and wast told that they assisted you via social media and email. Please reply to their last email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
