Editing stride length

I am trying to adjust my stride length. All the directions say to tap the account and then advanced settings, but when I go into the account settings, there is no advanced option. I’ve checked every menu and I can’t find it.

On phone app, Profile pic > SETTINGS:Advanced Settings (near bottom) > Stride Length.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
