Just unboxed my charge 3 a few hours ago. First screen was dead so charged it for 2 hours. Now I get the smile. Smile won’t go away. I’ve done the shirt reset didn’t work and then the 15 second reset. Still a smile when it finally comes back on. Should I just leave to charge over night? Or is there another issue. Didn’t have these problems on the wife’s charge 3 last month.
cheers.

Leave it to charge overnight and try again tomorrow.

Hello there @JasonL77, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to troubleshooting your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.
We recommend to charge your tracker via the USB port over a wall adapter. However, it is also possible to charge your Fitbit tracker with a UL certified wall adapter.
For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight. If you believe that your Charge 3 is not charging, please check: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Thanks for trying to help @Mtm16.
Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
