I received a replacement Charge 3 and I initiated the initial connection process. I connected it to my phone and pressed in the 4 numbers on my fitbit screen. The connection got to around 75% complete and then the watch vibrates and an ! appeared on it. My phone then said there was a problem and prompted me to abort. Ive repeated this process many times.
1. I restarted the fitbit by holding down the side button while it’s plugged into the charger.
2. Ive updated my phone and fitbit app.
3. Ive restarted my phone.
4. Ive turned bluetooth off and on again.
5. Ive deleted the app and previous watch from my phone.
The fitbit still won’t connect. Can I get some help please? It’s very frustrating.
