"Not Bonding" with Windows 10

Have had this Charge 3 for over a year.  It is paired with my Android and also with my Windows 10 laptop.  However, when I open your app on the laptop, I continue to get "bonding in progress; close app and re open" -  How can I stop it from doing this? My results eventually will sync, but it takes a while.  I do not want to lose my historic data by removing and reinstalling.  HELP.
