Charge 3 won't show correct time

Fitbit Charge 3 loosing time in 24 hours looses 2 + hours making sleep and walking time inaccurate have to charge it everyday to get correct time and to show up. Now it is fully charged and last time synced was yesterday 1014 am ... it is today (10/15/20 1022 pm) and my charge 3 says 510 pm, 5 + hours off. Please help. 

 

This Charge 3 was bought from you in April 2020 and I started using it April 22,2020.

I am retired and am starting to exercise regularly.

I need this to work properly.

I appreciate the information provided. If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.

 

To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time.

Mine has the same problem, but won't re-pair on my phone or tablet.  It finds the watch, but won't connect
