Charge 3 won't swipe

Fully charged Charge 3 screen won't swipe, even after attempting the recommended reboot procedure multiple times. Screen is on and tracking works but no swiping functionality. Any ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this swiping issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps in order to restart your device.

As mentioned in my initial post, I have tried this procedure multiple times with no success.  I require alternative support please.
