Charge 3 won't swipe

Hello,

 

My Charge 3 is not working right, the green light at the back keeps flashing. Also it is counting my steps but when I tap on it too see floors climbed etc nothing happens it seems stuck if that makes sense. Can anyone help with this problem please.

Welcome to the Community, @debs59.

 

The green light at the back of your tracker is the heart rate sensor. If you don't want them on, you can turn off the heart rate feature by swiping to settings from your Charge 3.

 

About the tap/swipe issue, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
