Charge 3 won't sync and loses time

  • I have a charge 3, that I bought only one and a half year back. But it does not synchronize. Most of the time I got a message that “Devise not found” or “Failed to synchronize”.
  • The clock is not reliable. Once it is in the charging station, it runs ok. But once it is removed from the charging, the clock runs slow by 8 min per hour. So, it is very dangerous to rely on this clock, as one can miss important meetings / appointment.

Thanks for your post.

Yes, I contacted the support team, and they were not able to solve the problem, 

It is very disappointing that $150 watch stopped functioning after a year. It shows that Fitbit has a very poor quality. Support team offered me a coupon. But I decided not to buy any more Fitbit device. 

I also talked to other users, most them have similar experience,

What did the support team tell you to do to try and fix it? Mine has just suddenly stopped syncing and it's about 5 min slow.

Hello Cheri' Powers,

The support team reset my Fitbit. Also, from my phone blue tooth connections, the device was removed and reinstalled. But still it didn't work. I talked to other Fitbit users and looked into online review. These are very common problems with Fitbit and I think Fitbit doesn't have any solution.

I have the exact same issues and mine is only 5 months old. Tried to delete the app, restart the watch reset my wifi, turned all other blue tooth devices off and everything else. Mine is now running 20 minutes slow, very disappointing. I have now cancelled my subscription because I am not paying for something that doesnt work correctly and sending it back. I will go as high as I have to and a coupon will make no difference. Cant get through to customer support either.
