Charge 3, won’t sync bad screen lines

I have tried several times, different times of the day to chat with tech support. I keep getting a notification that it’s on a different path and can’t be done. 

My charge 3 is no longer syncing. It also has white lines alone the screen. I have tried to reset it and that has not helped.
