My phone and Charge 3 won't sync since my 3 month free period ended. Im now paying and it won't work. I've gone through all the steps, Bluetooth off then on, I've restarted the phone, deleted and readded the App, it took ages to log in and im now on my 7th pair code and it still won't work. I have a Huawei Honor phone.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the syncing issue gets fixed.

Thanks but since deleting and readding the App it wont connect at all. I even reset my handset so right now i cant use the App at all. I just keep getting the sorry, we are on it message
