I'm not really sure if this is a problem on my end or what, but even with my charge 2 I struggled to have it sync up properly when I wanted, but now with the charge 3 I am having a lot of issues connecting to my phone. Firstly, I cannot pair it to the Bluetooth of my galacy S9 (I've still got space) - like it is found under nearby connections but will not actually join my other paired devices.
Secondly, even after restarting both my phone and the Fitbit, logging in and out of the app, I cannot get my charge 3 to syncsync the app itself. All I get is "sync is scheduled..." I was able to change watch faces, but the app still hasn't recognized any of the steps I got yesterday or the day before.
Any tips on how to fix it?

That is the most ridiculous answer ever. How about fix your Charge 3 instead of telling people to basically reset all YOUR stuff because the charge 3 is a horrible implementation of Bluetooth connectivity.
Really. I am just ready to toss the charge 3. Charge 2 synchronized fine.

I've had my Charge 3 for about a week. It synced for the last time yesterday morning, it will not sync anymore. I've tried from both my Android phone and from a Windows 10 PC. I spent about an hour with Mary from tech support; we rebooted the fitbit, rebooted the phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, nothing works. The only thing I haven't tried yet is deleting the device and clearing the data. I have a ticket open; I don't really expect it to get resolved 😞
I never had *any* issues with my old Fitbit One, until the battery finally crapped-out.
