My old charge 3 will NOT sync!!! Last synced it 10 hours ago .

Hi there, @navytide. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues with your Versa 3.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit devices sync?

Well I tried it & it “partially” SYNCS … gives me updated Steps, Mileage, & Calories… but NO SLEEP time & NO ACTIVITY…
Yesterday it took all day but after many tries I finally got to see the SLEEP hours… could be the Charge-3 is finally giving up the ghost right here at Halloween??? 😳
