Charge 3 won't sync

Charge 3 can not be found or sync anymore after app update, also clock is 1/2 hour behind. The Charge 3 I've had for a year along with my edge 7... never had any problems until I updated the Fitbit app.

 

I've tried all suggested fixes so many times, my Charge 3 is nothing but a pile of junk right now, very disappointed. The app updated need to be deleted and reset to its former self.

I have looked at and tried all listed there. Then I tried to get help from
support chat, and got disconnected 3 times before I gave up on that.
Nothing they tried helped, though. One of them said it was possible because
my phone uses Android version 9, and that it was a problem they are working
on. I hoped with the known down and maintenance they had last night they
would fix the issue, but it is still not working properly or syncing this
morning. Thank you.

Has your it resolved yet for you? I started having issues with it syncing and the time being off but mine is roughly 45mins off, that was on Tuesday sometime. I've tried the various steps offered to resolve it with no luck but I don't have the patience or time to call customer service.

No. Mine has not been able to sync since Monday and my clock is now 4 hours off. Lovely! I keep being told it is a problem they are aware of and are working on. I hope they figure it out soon.

I got it to reset 1 time after trying about 50 times.

this is the second time it has stopped syncing the app shows the device and the battery life but can not find it to sync. removed the device and repaired still will not sync device not found although it is paired and the phone sees it. The app sees it but still will not sync.

Mine is doing the same thing! 

 

It literally just synced up foe the first time in a long time as I was typing this and I also did all the trouble shooting, and my time was off by like 15 minutes and growing.

Me too. Also the sleep tracking and active minutes features won't add back onto my app! It won't light up the add button to add them in the Discover page.

Nothing is working. My clock was 30 minutes off and got it to sync once last night. Now again it will not sync and it is 20 minutes behind .  When will this be fixed? Or please provide a refund as it is still under warranty.

I hear you.  I am having the same issue.  I have followed all the recommendations to fix this issue but nothing works. So frustrating - will not be recommending anyone buys a Fitbit until this issue is sorted out.
