I'm so disappointed... I've had my Charge 3 for less than a year... last week wouldn't sync or connect to Bluetooth... I've tried everything except for calling customer service... what has worked for everyone else for this problem?

Nothing so far. Fitbit Twitter Support opened a case for me last night, and I'm waiting for an email from them about the next steps.

I have the same problem. It just stopped syncing. Have tried reinstalling, re-pairing, etc.

I'm in the same situation, had it for under a year and its just stopped syncing. I've tried everything in the help section, but still not working!! So frustrating

I have the same problem. I got this charge 3 last June when my Charge 2 died. I took the device out of bluetooth and need to set it up again, but I need help with this.

Mine won't sync either. I had this fitbit just under a year. Just started about 2 days ago.

I've had the same problem. I've had mine a week shy of a year and last week it stopped syncing with my phone even after I followed all troubleshooting steps. My silent alarms also stopped working about six months ago. I messaged customer support to see if I can get it replaced under warranty.

I too am having a syncing issue. Suddenly the Fitbit won’t connect to my android phone or my iPad. I can get it to sync with the iPad only if I take it off, put it on the charger and reboot it. Then it will sync. But I have to do that every morning.
It still won’t sync with my android phone. Even with a reboot. But once the iPad syncs the android will update.

Also can't pair to bluetooth, but worked fine until first part of October. How do we get this problem addressed?

Having the same problem, my charge 3 can't connect to bluetooth on PC, or on S8, so can't sync. Tried everything in the help section, but it just won't work. Only thing I haven't tried is a complete reset of the charge 3 - has anyone tried this?
okay, after wiping and resetting the charge 3, I have added the charge 3 to the Samsung S8 app, selecting replace the current charge 3 and after a few minutes it has managed to pair and sync. It still won't pair with the PC though, so only a partial win....

Yes I've tried everything even a reset, and nothing, the time on mine is a half an hr slow. When I called customer support and had me go over everything even restart, they then tell me that my charge 3 is not compatible with my phone. I said well it was for the last 10 months and they go "Oh" it is not compatible now.

My husband’s Charge 3 has stopped syncing & can’t connect to Bluetooth. It works and records data but he can’t download any data. We called Fitbit and they opened case but have not heard anything. >7 days now. Today my Charge 3 is showing vertical white lines on the screen. OMG! I thought the Apple upgrade had caused the prob with hubby’s phone. My iPhone upgraded about 5 days ago and now my watch looks corrupted. Is it Apple or Fitbit. Hearing crickets 🦗from FB!
Oh yes! We’ve tried all suggestions of reset, long reset, off-on, checked all notifications on phone apps. Unfortunately we even deleted the phone and now cannot add it to our phone app bc it shows not connected to our Bluetooth. We feel this is a huge corruption either with Fitbit or Apple. Seems like Androids are also having same issues so looks like Fitbit has major flaw!

I know I feel the same way, I relied on my fit bit for everything. I am not happy at all. I will get to the bottom of this.
I called customer support and they walked me through the whole set up and then said it's not compatible with my android phone.

I deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and after reinstalling it I was able to restore the Charge 3 watch I had deleted in seeking a fix. It was not recognizing the Bluetooth. It seems to be completely restored now! Reinstallation if Charge 3 is completed and working Yay!
Additional note about restoring my Charge 3. I connected my watch to my PC modem and used my phone app and don’t know if this made a difference.

I did that and it worked for less than a week (Samsung S9). Having to
reinstall the app every week is not a solution.

Fitbit should give refunds to all Android phone users if that is the case

Hello everyone, thanks for your participation in the Community and for the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue.
I am sorry for the delay in respond and understand how are you feeling. It's great to know that for some of you this issue has been resolved. Now, for the ones that keep experiencing this, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Keep in mind that it is important to have a compatible device to assure the connectivity between your phones and trackers. If you haven't checked if your phones are compatibles, you can do it by checking the article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

My fitbit charge 3 won't give me my notification, either, this is ridiculous. After a month, Fitbit should of been able to fix it. I have 3 fitbits and the apple watch is looking good. I have had my fitbit charge just over a year. I have done everything they have told me to do.

Alejandra, my fitbit charge 3 again won't connect or sync. It won't connect to the phone, or PC. I have tried all the steps recommended. This is incredibly frustrating. Please can something be done.
