My Fitbit Charge 3 won't sync with my phone app. When I try and start a running session it won't connect. Can you please fix this problem? Thank you

I did that last night & nnow I'm having to fo it again. Everything was fine until a day or two ago & I've had my Fitbit since September.

I would like to know if you have checked if your phones are compatible? If you haven't checked this, I recommend taking a look at the article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.

I am having the same issue. I have done all the troubleshooting, and I have a compatible phone. Everything is updated (app, phone, and FitBit). I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. My phone does not have issues connecting to other bluetooth devices.

Mine neither, just keep getting a 'failed to communicate' message ... followed all the troubleshooting suggestions but with no joy. I am having no problem with bluetooth connection on other things...just the fitbit charge 3, which was working fine up until today, very frustrating.

I have a similar issue. When I try to sync my iphone and my fitbit it consistently says "Failed to Sync". It still syncs somehow but not well. Sometimes it doubles the amount of steps, active minutes, calories, etc. that I actually got. The exercises are incorrect. Instead of the numerous options it is run and 5 Pilates options. I have updates, reconnected my fitbit, restarted my phone, etc. When I reconnected my fitbit it worked for 3 days and it had returned to this state. I don't know what to do and my fitbit is brand new. I would appreciate some help.
