Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 just will not sync tried everything.

Except to let us know what type of device that you sync through.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. I was able to see here that our friend @Rich_Laue provided some instructions in order to fix this syncing problem. I'm having the same problem with my charge 3 and Google pixel phone it just won't syn in the last 24 hours so hasn't recorded my sleep or alarm going off but I've got notifications coming through?
