Charge 3 won't sync

Periodically my Charge 3 does not sync hikes/walks I do but today it showed the 69 active minutes done but not in detail in the exercise tab. I manually input it only to lose 5000 steps and the active minutes. It now will not sync at all. I have tried Fitbit’s message service through Twitter - do they no longer offer online real time support?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

I, too, am having trouble with the syncing just...stopping. I bought this Charge 3 for my husband for Christmas last year and had to get a replacement within a few days because it wouldn't set up at all. Then the syncing kept stopping every few days and honestly - my husband is not very technologically savvy so I assumed it was operator error. He finally gave up on it after about 4 months and it sat in a drawer until about a week ago, when I commandeered it for myself. After getting it charged and updated and unsyncing from his app and syncing to mine, I have had to run through the litany of troubleshooting to resync it four times. In a week. I think I got another lemon. I wish I would have known before the warranty was up. ☹️
