Charge 3 is only a couple weeks old and won’t sync? I’ve done several of the suggestions. How do I fix this without losing my information?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
