I’ve tried multiple times to sync my charge 3 multiple times. It’s been working great for months and suddenly doesn’t sync. I removed the device even and added it back. Nothing so far works.

Hi there @Lawlessmother, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties with your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.
I'd like to confirm all standard syncing troubleshooting steps provided in the article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? have been completed.
If so, I suggest doing the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned ON
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I have the same problem - all steps described have been taken. My phone setting was already on location - always.

I have also performed all the trouble shooting suggestions. That has not resolved my issue. I called the support number and the assistant said the sync issue is a problem they are aware of and fit bit engineering is working on a resolution but they have no expected completion date for the fix. I asked for an RMA so I could return my charge 3 for evaluation and repair. They told me they do not issue RMA. I have called once a month since Oct. 2019. The answer is always the same. "We are aware of the problem and our engineers are working on it."
