Can you tell me if you can return/exchange a fitbit?  My husband got his wet at work and it will no longer turn on

Hi @toddaudrey  where and when did your husband get his Fitbit? The Charge 3 is swimproof, so how wet did he get it? Warranty information is here - click.  He should try doing a restart of the device as that often makes them start working again. Let us know.
