I charged my Fitbit this morning and then went for a walk. I came in to take a shower and my Fitbit gave me a low battery signal. I tried drying it off and putting on the charger but now it’s totally dead... Help!

Welcome to the Community, @heatherhoosier.
Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. Have you tried to restart your device? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I had the same problem this morning. The restart worked, but I had to go through the steps 3 times to get my Charge 3 to finally restart.

It did eventually come back on, but it acts like it has a glitch continuously vibrating and it won’t hold a charge. I put it in a bag of rice last night hoping that will help. I can see condensation on the lights at the bottom even after that. I don’t understand why this would happen if it is supposed to be waterproof???

On the charger just now I did the restart again... it comes on and keeps vibrating going from screen to screen and shut itself off and back on.

It only charged to 90% and continues to go back and forth from home screen to screen wake/notifications. The time is wrong and it won’t sync to my phone... it’s just literally all messed up.

I have tried several times throughout the day. It won’t charge past 90% and won’t connect to my phone. It also goes back and forth between screens on its own.
