I have my Fitbit Charge 3 since October 2019, but it has been crazy for 2 weeks. Times and steps are suddenly different than they really should be and synchronizing is a drama. Seems like my iPhone 11 can't always find Charge 3 anymore. Have already tried all possible restart options except for factory reset. If I do that, will I also lose all data in the Fitbit app or will the app remember all data from the past?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
