Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 has started to loose half an hour between manual syncs. Then it won’t sync without turning Bluetooth off and back on again. What a palaver!!

It's great to welcome you, @carolinemarrow.

Keep in mind that your tracker needs to be constantly syncing in order to show the correct time. If yours isn't syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
