Charge 3 won't sync

It kept saying failed to sync so I tried a few things I saw suggested on the forum. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t do anything. I also had my iPhone forget the charge three and now it isn’t showing up as an option to connect. I have not updated to iOS 13.5. I don’t want to lose my progress from today and need to sync it.

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions there.
