If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hi,
I am having the same problem and the tips don't work.
Also the time started changing, so my fitbit clock is 15 minutes late.
Fitbit doesn't sync since August 23rd 2020.

Every since the update to the hardware, it either takes a really long time to sync or it won’t sync at all.

My fitbit is doing the same thing. Nothing i ave done helps.

I’m experiencing the same issue, and no amount of troubleshooting has resolved it.
The clock started out 2 min off, and has progressed to 20 min off. I cannot get a consistent sync - seems to only sync when battery is at 100%, however event that is a challenge.
today I started to charge it, so I could attempt to sync it before bed, and the charge went from 83% to 77% while on the charger. It is now going back up.

Hi my Fitbit did updates a few days ago and from then it didn’t work properly so I had an extra charger for it tried that one and it worked no bother after that so I think it may have been my charger as it was going bonkers after updates but seems to be working good now apart from my Bluetooth won’t sync to my phone. Hope this helps. Or delete your account all together and reset your Fitbit again.
