Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 is not syncing to the app on my Android phone. I’ve tried resetting Bluetooth, I’ve reinstalled app, I've signed in and out, I’ve tried re starting my phone, I’ve checked in settings, I’ve even tried restarting the Charge 3 and yet I’m still having problems.

 

the problems started when I had to update my phone.... can anyone advise because I’m close to throwing it out the window lol 😂 thanks

Hi there. Im having the exact same problem. Its very frustrating. I've been on Web chat so many times today with people and still not sorted. Just wondering did you have any look with getting it sorted?
