Charge 3 hasn't synced since 19th Sept tried switching Bluetooth on off no good. Presume this is something Fitbit have done yet again!

Hi @Lindarhasa, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped syncing with your phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.

Tried all that nothing works! Didn't touch it yesterday and it randomly synced at 15.51! This morning it won't sync again. Been here before a year ago it stopped working after a Fitbit update to app having worked perfectly for months - I was without it for months! Numerous phone calls emails messages (all documented) in the end Fitbit wouldn't help or refund and started ignoring my messages. I know it was the Fitbit update that caused it. Very strange your latest update was 14th Sept and it stopped syncing after that. If it doesn't get sorted im going to Trading Standards with all my evidence!
