Charge 3 won't sync

I have had a charge 3 for over a year but sometimes it stops syncing and I get a message on my fitbit that my charge 2, which I haven's used for about 15 months, won't sync.

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, if you no longer use the Charge 2, I'd recommend removing it from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth. To remove it from your phone's Bluetooth, I recommend following the steps below: 

  • On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

After doing that, I'd recommend making sure that your Charge 3 is updated to the latest firmware version. If it needs an update, please follow the instructions in this help article to complete the update.
