I've had 1st August 2nd August and now today spoken to Romel and followed his instructions including Data Clear and lost data but the device fault remains unresolved.  I want a replacement as this device is now unreliable for my readings to share with my Dr

Hi @3620  you have to get with customer service about this. If you're under warranty and there is a hardware issue, then Fitbit could replace your device, but you'd need to talk with them. If you're not under warranty, they can tell you what your options would be.
