Charge 3 won’t synch

Hello, I upgraded my iPhone 7 to IOS 13.4.1 since when my charge 3 will not synch. I uninstalled it and now am unable to reinstall as the app can find, but not connect with, my tracker. 
This tracker was a replacement for one that stopped working and a couple of days after I got it the Bluetooth connectivity failed and I’ve never been able to receive messages or all day synch.

any ideas please? Thanks!

Syncing on 13.4.1 seems to be an issue that Fitbit are aware of. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and recommendations:
