Charge 3 won't track my sleep data and won't restart

Would someone be able to help? Been reading through the forum and the only person with a similar issue had a comment from Fitbit support saying they needed to follow up directly. My Fitbit is fine except it won’t track sleep and I can’t restart it. I just want to make sure it can do both these things. Any advice?
