Charge 3 won’t turn on or sync

Hi, my charge 3 won’t turn on or sync and all that happens is it will buzz/vibrate when I press and hold the side button. Can someone from support help me?

Thank you for the information. If you haven't done so, I recommend trying to charge your Charge 3. If that doesn't work, please take a look at this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that doesn't work, please make sure that you've tried to perform a restart by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? For the syncing inconvenience, please refer to: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
