Hi, I have been charging my Fitbit Charge 3 but it is not working. The app says it can’t connect to the Fitbit and the Fitbit will vibrate when I connect it but that’s about it. I’ve tried all of the suggestions like holding the button for 15 seconds, cleaning it, etc.. but nothing seems to work. Can you help me with this please?
