Hi, I've had my Charge 3 for about a month and it has worked perfectly. This afternoon I noticed it wasn't responding when I tried to turn it on using the button on the side, although the green light is flashing on the back (and it was on 94% charge this morning).
The screen is still not responding, and the device won't sync with my account, although the green light is still flashing. I have tried restarting and rebooting it - please help.
