Have had my charge 3 for less than 6 months, and I have not been able to get it to sync since the charge 3 had an update. I have followed all troubleshooting guidelines and techniques, and to much avail nothing has worked. How can I get my charge 3 to connect to my Galaxy A10?

I've had my replacement for a little more than 6 months and it stopped syncing with my LG V30 over the past week or so. I have reset the watch. Removed and readded the application. Even went so far as to do a complete factory reset with my phone. I've also tried to pair on another device and it says that the device is found but won't switch to giving me the code.
