For the past several weeks, my Charge 4 makes changes to settings on its own. It turned Sleep Mode on without my input several times (No, 'Schedule' was not on). Today, it again wouldn't wake when I turned my wrist. Sleep Mode was not engaged. After some research, I checked the quick settings and found 'Wake with movement' (or something similar) had been turned off. Any thoughts as to how/why this might be happening?
I, too, have been a loyal Fitbit user for quite some time. I'm seriously beginning to look at other options...
