My charge 4 has repeatedly crashed in the gps function. When I go out for a run it will seem to be tracking but either during the run or when I try to finish the run, it crashes and the screen goes black. It will eventually come back on ( after an hour or so) but has lost all the run data. I've tried a full factory reset but it hasn't solved it. My watch is just over 2 years old. I had hoped it would last longer than that.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Welcome to Community Forums.
I appreciate you reached out to the Community. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
And check this article regarding GPS.
