Charge 4 Blank Screen

Hi, really hoping someone can help. I’ve got a charge 4, it’s been in a cupboard for a couple of years. I think it’s charging - it vibrates when connected to the charger and the green light is flashing on the back. The problem is that I can’t see anything on the screen. I’ve tried holding down the reset button, it vibrates but still nothing on the screen. Is there anything else I can do? 

I can’t connect it to the app as I can’t get the 4 digit pin on the Fitbit screen, but my phone is picking up a signal from it. 

I feel like it’s not quite dead, I just don’t know how to revive it! Any help much appreciated.

Do the green LEDs blink?
What do you see/fell when connecting the Charge 4 to charge?

In the meantime, try charging the Charge 4 for at least 30 minutes and then try to restart it: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
