I have looked at this forum before to try to work out what has been happening with my fitbit.
the clock stops displaying and the wake, dnd screen shows but won't respond.
i have to do a factor reset to fix it - and this week I have had to do this twice.
It is pretty irritating as I need to be near a charger to do the factory reset. purchased 15 months ago.
what can I do?
