Check if you are in 'Sleep Mode'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@LeBee , Nice to see you here. Thank you for trying the restart. 

Have you tried change the settings from the Quick setting menu (hold the button 4 secs) or on the settings app on the Charge 4?

Are you able to change any other setting, like sleep mode, screen wake, etc?
