Hi, my name is Sophia. I'm with fitbit since 2013. This is my third purchase and probably the last. I have purchase my first that was great and is still functionning. I bought my second one Charge 3 and it went crazy. It didn't even last a year. I tried again and purchase the Charge 4 and guest what? Doesn't charge well, screen doesn't show the hour. Really, for 600$ and more and this is what I get? I am really disapointed.
Defining myself actually is PISSED OFF.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the feedback. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.

Regarding the Display, you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
And check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
