I've been told to wait for few days to receive the new firmware roll-out since I got my Charge 4, it has been 10 days since then, and my Charge 4 is still on 1.96.29, have no access to the spO2 and the skin temperature app. Any ideas ?

That is it, fitbit really suck at supporting. I am selling my fitbit charge 4 and going for another brand. Sayonara fitbit.
