Charge 4 - My Fitbit not syncing

Could you please provide more details of your situation, so that I can get a better overview of it?

After you sync your Charge 4, you don't see the steps for the previous days?

If so, do you see the steps, on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

Mine isn't either. Sometimes the chat will help, but not always. I figure I'll wait until tomorrow and see id it decides to synch. All Bluetooth is on. Can't figure it out either.

Try turning your phone off, then on. Tried the chat with no luck. Complicated advice is ridiculous. The off/on phone  thing worked for me!
