I have had my Charge 4 for almost 2yrs. For the last week Iit has not provided sleep, or HRV data. I pay for premium. With all these issues, Whoop is looking more and more like an option.

Is your heart rate being recognized and synced with the Fitbit app?

Are the LEDs blinking?
Did you updated the Fitbit app recently?

Could you provide further information to check what you already did ?

Is your heart rate being recognized and synced with the Fitbit app?

Are the LEDs blinking?

Do you see the simplified sleep record or nothing at all?
